Server Rules

Effective date: 8th April 2025

By playing on our servers, you agree to follow the rules outlined below. These rules are designed to ensure fair gameplay, community respect, and a fun experience for all players.

No cheating or exploiting

Use of cheats, hacks, macros, or third-party tools that provide unfair advantafes is strictly prohibited.

Exploiting game bugs or server glitches will be treated the same as cheating.

Penalty: Immediate permanent ban

No racism, Hate Speech, or Discrimination

Any form of racism or hate speech is not tolerated.

This applies to chat, usernames, signs, notes, voice comms, or any in-game content.

Penalty: Permanent ban (no warnings)

No Harassment or Toxic Behavior

Do not harass, threaten, dox, or excessively provoke other players.

We allow trash talk within reason, but abuse will result in action.

Penalty: Warning -> Temporary mute/ban -> Permanent ban if repeated

No Advertising or Spamming

Do not advertise other servers, Discords, websites, or services.

Spamming voice or text chat is also not allowed.

Penalty: Warning or mute -> Temporary ban

No Impersonating Staff

Do not pretend to be an admin, moderator, or any staff member.

Misleading players intentionally will result in disciplinary action.

Penalty: Warning -> Temporary ban

No Unauthorized Mods or Scripts

Use only the approved game client. No automation, scripts, or modified clients.

Using VPNs or proxies to evade bans will lead to escalation.

English Only in Global Chat

Keep global chat in English so moderation remains effective.

Local/team chat may be used in any language.

Report Issues, Don't Exploit Them

If you discover a bug, glitch, or balance issue, report it via Discord or the website.

Exploiting unreported issues will result in the same penalties as cheating.

Enforcement & Appeals

Rules are enforced by staff discretion. We strive to be fair, but serious violations will result in immediate action. If you believe a ban or penalty was unfair, contact us via Discord or the appeal form at https://burnhold.com/ban-appeal.
